THE GAMES AND THEIR ROLE IN PSYCHOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE PRESCHOOL DEGREE

This paper is intended for students of teaching faculties and teachers to help them complete their knowledge and understanding of the role and importance of physical education and games in psychophysical development of preschool children. In the first part of the paper, the authors point to the role and importance of physical education and play in the psychophysical development of the child. The second part gives examples of some of the mobile games that can easily be organized within the framework of physical education activities. Finally, authors discuss some of the dangers of contemporary life that can negatively affect the psycho-physical development of the child and how important physical activity and play is in preserving and improving the health of the child.
