Abstract

The aim of this paper is to determine the preconditions for successful integration of a hybrid teaching environment in the function of raising the level of quality of teaching nature and society. The modeling method was used in this paper. As a starting point, we used the Revised Blum taxonomy, ie. Blum's digital wheel taking into account students, teaching content, goals and methods when choosing applications. Blum's digital wheel ensures that teachers focus on all cognitive areas, which ensures the successful pedagogical integration of digital technology in activities that replace or redesign traditional teaching activities. The basic precondition for creating a safe and stimulating hybrid environment are the competencies of teachers, which are complex due to the number and constant redefining, and they consist of professional, methodological, pedagogical-psychological and digital competencies.
